My Sister was diagnosed with jaundice 1 year ago and after treatment she was ok but now she cant eat

Hello, My sister is 15 years old and 1 year ago she was diagnosed with jaundice after her treatment she was ok but for the last 3 months she lost her appetite and couldn't eat normal foods so she would cook something herself life fries mainly oil fried food and on 8 July she had to get a root canal for her teeth after that she started feeling pain she would cry in her sleep because of the pain and took a lot of medicine (Tycil 500mg, Filmet 400 mg ,Finix 20 mg, Torax) and for the last 3 days she cant even drink water she vomits right after. after her jaundice she couldn't eat properly. she just had a fever last time she was feeling cold and shaking and because of holiday in our country no doctors are available. so what could be the problem?
