My smallest toe skin went rotten/? and water coming out from a few rashes or bumps

Hello to all!

I have this rotting skin or something on my right-foot smallest toe for about 3 weeks. I thought that my toe skin problems will go away but it didn't as it gets worsen by a bit every week.

I have stayed in a forest for a few days and after a month this issue pops up. 

I don't feel any pain. It just getting ugly and I scare it will spread to other toes as my 4th toe have a bit of this kind of rotting issue too.

Please if you guys can identify of what it could be and what should I do?
