My Son Has 4 Fingers On Right Leg, It will any cause on normal walk?

Hi,

My son is 20 days old child. And he has only 4 fingers on right leg. Compare than left leg it little bit small on width. It will make any cause on normal walk at future..? Are we do any treatments to get normal walk.
