My spine out of allinement

Recently went to a physiotherapist as I was having breathing probs to cut a long story short I was given cupping and acupuncture as when was checking my spine she said it's out of allinement and T8 T9 probs apparently my spine curves at bottom eighteen years ago I had transverse myelitis and my left side collapsed meaning I couldn't walk ms was suspected but after many many tests was told had attack of TM what can be done for T8 T9 probs  I was never told anything regarding this when first diagnosed , is it usual to feel in pain after cupping but not until few days after.

    Never tried that.  I've had spine alignment and SI joint locking problems like forever, sometimes causing sciatica issues.  My chiropractor ALWAYS keeps me straight.
