My stomach hurts so bad, what do I do?

I have been having water diarrhea for about two months now. I have celiac disease and follow a strict diet. I was diagnosed about two years ago and haven't had many problems since the diet switch. Last October I had stomach pain so bad I was in bed for three days straight, no food, and what little water I could stomach. Fast forward to now, I've started a new job. That caused a lot of anxiety and stomach irritation but now it won't stop. It's been a little over a month of vomiting every morning, I can only eat once a day. I had to call out of work for the first time because it lasted for hours. I vomit until my throat bleeds and capillaries in my face burst and it's just bile. It sometimes feels like someone is holding my actual stomach and squeezing it tightly in their fist. I have been on omeprazole, varying dosages, multiple times in the past. I can't drive and everyone around me says I'm fine and they'll just give me the same medicine I can get at the store and that it's a waste of money, but I'm getting scared. What should I do? What do you think is going on?
