My stool is really light brown like a sandy colour

I'm worried something may be wrong for the last two days my poo has been like sand colour.this isn't normal for me it's just come out of knowhere 😫

Any opinion welcome

    Have you eaten anything different. Is your stool loose. Normally light stoll means it has not stayed in your system very long. All stool is initially green and changes colour as it absorbs various things

    I used to stress about stool colour but in general it is not a particular indicator of very much

      Not really eaten anything different I wasn't very well Friday after eating something spicy night before I was also sick Friday but that's gone I've read on the internet light coloured stool could mean a few things 🙄Yes stool is very watery at the min

      the internet can be a blessing or a curse.  Food poisoning can last  several days  maybe what you eat upset you, eat bland food drink lots of water and then like pippa 58442 says see your doctor if nothing resolves.

    Monitor your diet first to see if that is the cause.  If it lasts longer than a week, see your doctor.
