Hello this is going to be long Sorry in adv. and i just want to detail all of my symptoms.
I had sex with a guy 3 times. After the first two i went and got checked and my results came back fine. The third time I had sex with him on a Friday night and I did Oral too. By Monday night (3 days later) I was feeling sick to my stomach. I was feeling Tingling, Burning sensation in my vagina. When i was going to bed my stomach was paining me and i was feeling nausea and had alot of gas so i was burping to ease my stomach pain then went to bed.
I developed a Genital Rash that would peel and i had burning when i was trying to pee. I then had sex again and it was the most painful excruiating feeling. So we stopped and i went to bathe and my vagina was on fire. I was off work for a couple days and i was feeling pain in my genital area but there was no bumps or anything. Next 5 bumps came and turned into ulcers and were painful and was located on my vagina. Everyday they would get smaller and disappear.
I was at work and had to pee and when i look in the toilet there was a huge big blob of white cottage cheese type of discharge ive ever had No Smell. I have muscle aches, lower back pain, fatigue, loss of appetite i dont eat at all. Alot of Saliva build up i spit Constantly. I did a self-diagnose online to match up to Herpes. If I have genital herpes... i did oral wouldnt i have symptoms in my mouth too? or is this signs of hiv?!
im scared, depressed, and suicidal.
Pics are attached (Graphic) Help!

Hi v39153
We note from a recent post which you have made to our forum that you may be experiencing thoughts around self-harm. If we have misinterpreted your comments then we apologise for contacting you directly. But if you are having such thoughts then please note that you are not alone in this, and there are people out there that can help.
If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.
Their contact details are on our patient information leaflet here: https://patient.info/health/dealing-with-suicidal-thoughts, which also offers lots of other advice on how you can access the help you may need.
If you are having such thoughts then please do reach out to the team at the Samaritans (or the other people detailed in our leaflet) who will understand what you're going through and will be able to help.
If you are based outside of the UK.
The Samaritans is a UK based charity, but they also have suggestions for how you can access help in other countries.
Please have a look at this page https://www.befrienders.org/directory

-so the discharge looks like a yeast infection! which can sometimes cause skin irritation and breaks in the skin!
-parts of your story would suggest you should get tested for herpes and a full std screen!
given that the ulcers are clearing alone i think you may be okay but its hard to tell!
please dont worry even if it is herpes it doesnt deserve these bad thoughts.
go to a clinic and get a check up and you can have some piece of mind 😃

ear v39153,
In addition to our response about your mood, we would strongly advise you to contact your GP or a local sexual health clinic for a full screen. They will be able to advise on the likely cause for your symptoms, and to give you prompt and confidential treatment.
You can find out details of local NHS self- referral services in the UK at https://patient.info/treatment-medication/self-referral/refer-yourself-to-nhs-sexual-health-services
