My Throat and Tounge Problem 3 months now

hello can someone help me my problem is this I have a white lump under my tounge on my frenulum top of my frenulum and my uvula has white edges and is touching my tounge and I feel it when I swallow in my throat also my tounge is covered in white greenish colour I been to the doctors 7 times I got put on nystatin nothing worked then fluconozole nothing then my doctor gave my a mouth swab results said no fection Candida not isolated (I don’t understand) I am worried about the cyst type thing on my frenulum and the colour of my tounge and my uvula is touching my tongue and I choke on it could my uvula be dripping mucus on my tounge that’s why my tounge has changed colour?
