My throat has been sore for a week now.. is it strep?

imageso I got a sore throat really suddenly last Wednesday when i was out. that night I had woke up at 1am and spent 40 minutes throwing up... thankfully thats the only time I was sick but i still have this sore throat! it feels pretty dry even though I'm drinking plenty of water. sometimes when i do breathe in it tickles the throat and i cough a bit which then makes it hurt more, also hurts to swallow. the images i took today one this morning and one just now it seems some red dots have appeared, I've had some on my tongue too image
