My Throat pain (while swallowing) doesn't go away, for 8 days now.

So last week Friday I was feeling very low and tired in office and once I reached home, I felt okay and started doing my routine stuff, went for a bath but suddenly felt wayy too tired, as if I couldn't even stand, my head was very heavy, I somehow managed to get back to my bed where I fell unconscious.
After I woke up several minutes later I had 102-103 F fever and a little bit of sore throat. I took some paracetamol, had dinner and slept, next morning my fever was gone but the throat pain became severe.
I didn't think much of it and considered it tonsillitis and took some throat lozenges, and other home remedies, surprisingly though nothing worked even a bit, not even hot or cold drinks soothe the pain at all. During all this time I had a little fever at around 99 F. And I hadn't eaten much, just took some fluids and was sleepless in nights, by Sunday the pain so extreme when swallowing that I decided to go to a ENT specialist on Monday, he prescribed 5 medicine but didn't really do any tests, just took a look inside my mouth.
His prescription was for 3 days and it worked miracle, the throat pain was 99% gone just a little pinching pain remained in the right side of my throat, which I thought would cure naturally, but his medication had side effects, on last day of his medication when I finished all dozes I had extreme coughing, today my lungs and abs are also aching, I have other symptoms today too like random rash on my thumb (which doesn't burn or itch or ache) frozen blood in my nose and that small pinching pain that remained has now started to grow again.
The ENT specialist told me continue the medication for 3 more days, but I'm currently not sure if this is just some tonsillitis infection.
Can anyone help?
