My tongue is like this for months. What's the cause?

    Is it painful? I had got sores on my tongue when I was a kid. Not on the corners but on the surface. And doctor told it was vitamin deficiency.

    Your tongue is somewhat swollen this is why you have indentations of your teeth at the side of your tongue, this is usually an indication of B12 deficiency. See your doctor for a B12 check...
