my ulna isn't healing properly

Hello everybody, I broke my olecranon and underwent surgery in April. Got two k-wires inside the bone and another wire around it to tie everything up. One of the k-wires protruded. Besides, now it seems that the bone isn't healing properly - there's some distance between the bone bits and they won't grow closer than they are now. Maybe the protruding k-wire itself is keeping them apart. Is it a common complication? What should we do now?
