My vagina has been itchy but I have no other side effects

i recently got my arm implant taken out which was my form of birth control . ive been having protective sex but a week or so afterwards my vagina started to itch and also seems to be swollen i have no other symptoms such as irregular discharge, irritation, smell, pain during peeing ... I have had a yeast infection before and this does not feel the same . i am not sure what my next step should be.

    If you are using condoms it may be an allergy to latex. Alternatively it could be the change of hormones circulating now that you've had your implant removed and a yeast infection has settled in even though you dont have any discharge. You may need to see your doctor to be swabbed if this doesnt settle.
