My vagina seems to have a “strange” grown tissue in the opening area…. Help

Hello girls

I hope my message finds you well.

I have been very worried about my vagina - recently during the shower I have notice a strange tissue on my vagina in the opening area l, it's not a lump , it's not hurting but it's there like a walnut texted and soft.

I don't have kids and such things is very distressing. Seems that something is growing under my urethra.

Is anyone there having the same problem?
