i had unprotected sex with a guy and he said he was absolutely clean. Fast forward into 3 weeks my vulva began to itch out of no where and has been doing so for a week. it will ease up during the day and becomes intense at night. Is it herpes, hsv? or may be my hormones are imbalanced?

this area hurts when i touch it. I got my period a few days ago and it did not hurt at all. it started back to hurt when it finished. so i am confused

but there is a little spot that feels like razor burn. i dont see a sore and it does not hurt when i pee

yes these look like HPV warts not HSV lesions or sores
