i have these white dots inside and my lower vulva is itchy. My vagina doesnt not normally look like that at all. At first i thought it was a uti because i have been having the urge to pee a lot. But now im scared it may be something else. i am sexually active but have just been with one person.

To be sure, you should have it checked. But to me it looks and sounds more like a yeast infection. How does it develop?
