Myomectomy

hi,i was pregnant almost 6months but i had a miscarriage because of fibroids.AMonth after the miscarriage i had my myomectomy done,bleed for 4days and it stopped it continued with slimmy brown discarge till i had my first period.my problem now is i have bled for 3 weeks now and its not stopping what should i do am worried has anyone been through it before thanks. Ps :i went to see doctor and he said we should for it do die off.im worried
