Hello Javone, I need to know your age? Do you have any sensation linked to this on your penis: any itching, burning sensation, anything like that? Do you have a history of other skin issues elsewhere on your body?

Unfortunately, marks like this can have many causes such as a health disorder, a skin problem, or they could potentially be caused by natural penile enlargement. The main thing you can do is not to irritate the skin in this area any further so you need good penile hygiene: wash with water only, when you take a shower cover the area with your foreskin by drawing it forward, then end the shower by exposing the area and using warm, not hot water to clean it with. Then make sure you are completely dry by patting the area with a clean towel - the safest approach is for you to keep a towel that only you use for this purpose.

If you masturbate you need to clean away any fluids emitted from the penis as soon as you can, particularly after you ejaculate, never leave semen on the surface of the skin, remove with a clean tissue, then wash, and again, completely dry the area.

What you need to watch for is if these change colour such as taking on a slight purple appearance - if this occurs see a Doctor, or if it is easy for you to access a Dermatologist, arrange to see one ......
