Mysterious Symptoms

Posting for help for my Mother. She woke up on April 4th. and was very dizzy. Since then she has had other symptoms that come and go. When she is inside a store, she feels like she is going to pass out along with , nausea, vomiting and blurry vision. When at home she has bouts of dizziness, along with some of the symptoms she has in stores but not as severe. . She had pacemaker surgery over 1 year ago and was fine up until April 4th. She has been to many Doctors but none of them have answers. She is 76 years old and has Graves disease. Please help. Thank you.

    It could be a blood flow issue or it could be lack of exercise and not eating right. It could be stress or anxiety causing these issues.
