Mysterious Things Happening With Penis 26 yo (been to eight doctors in two countries with no luck)

SORE ON THE INSIDE, DRY AND PAINFUL ON THE OUTSIDE

I have a feeling you guys are going to save my life. Here's the timeline:

  • was having lots of (unprotected) sex with my girlfriend

    -she does urinate during sex

-about once-twice a day on average for three months

SEVEN MONTHS AGO

-I take an anti-depressant called PAXEL (as well as propanolol), it gives me constant and very intense borderline painful erections without ability to orgasm, and after orgasm those erections stay there, so it's a bit like viagra.

-I suddenly get a UTI, super painful

  • I stop taking the PAXEL

Ever since then:

-pain in the tip of the penis and redness, sensitivity to the touch

-redness and dryness around foreskin area (I'm circumsized) some parts even discolored.

-skin is very thin, easily manipulated and morphed

-the shape when erect is slightly wavy, can't quite explain.

-when half-erect there is a significant bend (at times) in the middle of the penis. when erect it's fine

-there is a pimple at the base that won't go away

-the skin will heal and then after orgasm go to an extremely worse state than it ever was before, like a new record.

-looks like the inner layer under the skin is somewhat not as cylndrical as it should be? like distorted slightly

I've been to many doctors, I've done a chlamydia, general STD blood test, and semen test, as well as three ultrasounds and currently doing steroids and antifungal cream.

I want to trust the creams but I just don't see improvement.

I can't go to the ER as they would just turn me to a urologist who haven't been able to help at all. Really getting desperate. Does anyone have any advice for this? Can post pictures if need be.

Thank you

Hi Phil, i am not a doctor but what you described sounds like a bad yeast infection to me. Ask your doctor about diflucan in addition to your cream. Yeast can be very painful and make your skin real hot and tight causing your penis to look shaped odd. It can itch, peel and be painful to urinate or orgasm

    good luck

thats the thing, i've been applying antifungal but it doesn't work, and the pain is coming from INSIDE as well, could that still be a yeast infection?

i should say, I'm applying antifungal and it somewhat works very very slowly and then just a little bit of irritation in blankets or clothing will bring it back to being irritated and red

Maybe the Paxil caused priapism. Certain medications, including some antidepressants and blood pressure medications can cause Priapism which is a persistent, fully rigid and very painful erection that can last from several hours to a few days.

The priapism erection is not associated with sexual activity and is not relieved by orgasm. It happens when blood flows into the penis but is not drained. If your penis was injured during the election you could possibly have a condition called Peyronie's disease. It is really not a disease but caused by injury causing your penis to bend

scar tissue/plaque forms in the penis

The plaque often begins as a localized area of irritation and swelling (inflammation) and can develop into a hardened scar. The scarring reduces the elasticity of the penis in the area affected.

    Painful erections.

    Shortening of the penis.

Reduced flexibility (due to the plaque).

Bending or arcing of the penis during an erection.

Emotional distress, as well as affecting a man’s desire and ability to function during sex. Are all symptons

It could still be a bad yeast infection that won't go away with just cream. Yeast can cause pain in the inside if it is bad. Is will feel like lots of little cuts inside. The skin can be so tight that it will not expand that could cause your penis to not be straight and look like it bends. There are different types of creams that can be prescribed and you might not be responding to the cream prescribed. Ask your doctor about the diflucan it is 1 pill you drink. I would start there, just go to the urgent care.

The urgent care won't help, they've told me. Or the ER. Just FYi I have red hair and a very very fair complexion so I don't know really.

Thank you for your response though. It doesn't feel like many cuts inside but maybe one at the tip and one at the base of the urethra. and its painful to the touch, the opening of the urethra.

The bend at the penis isn't visible when erect but in the process of becoming erect. It's a very noticeable and almost disturbing form when this happens, like the base of the penis is smaller than the foreskin area. Like if I was to put a rubber band somewhere between the base and the foreskin. (I'm circumsized but haver no other name for that area)
