Mystery Numbness

3 months ago I woke up with extreme numbness in my hands and feet going up my calf and arms. Since then it has progressed to my face, gums, eyes, and even my scrotum. Additional symptoms I have are head pressure, a woozey/spacey head feeling constantly, burning sensations all over my body that come and go, vibrations throughout my body especially my chest, twitching and jerking that wakes me up at night.
I do not have fatigue or loss of coordination or balance.
I have been to many doctors who assure me it is not MS, nothing neurological and describes my symptoms more as a "wandering paresthesia".
I am going insane as nobody can help me figure this out and need my life back. Please help me!

Hi, Sorry to hear you're not getting any answers. Because you mention the flu like symptoms, it could be a virus? Viruses can be very nasty and can last a few months. I would go back to the doctor and ask for a referral to a specialist of some sort in the hospital. I wish you luck and hope it all goes away as quick as it came.

Thanks for the replies, at this point it could be anything including a virus but what kind of virus could possibly cause something like this? Also no, no bites, no fever and no MRI scans because the doctors said they weren't necessary. I do have spotty pigmentation all over my body in almost small, perfect circle shapes.

the numbness in my vaginal area was saddle numbness.T hey

with periferal neuropathy.I found it funny that I had had a flu
vaccine and they had included a shingles vaccine with it the day
before.I had broke out and was itching insanely. The dr said it was
nothing to worry about.Really? I was suddenly paralyzed and
no one had answers.I don't think this is periferal neuropathy.I

Did your parestestia symptoms go away? I've had similar symptoms with wander parestestia all over after a month of a headache and then going to a chiropractor. I've had all the bloodwork and MRI, EMG tests but all normal. It's been 7 weeks and have also had gradual numbness in feet and back pain
