Does anyone have any idea what this spot could be? HSV swab came back negative, and no effect from OTC antifungal lotion and prescribed antibiotic ointment after 1-week use of each. Trying to get an appt. with a derm, but thanks for any leads to help productively use my anxiety in the meantime.
