Myxoid cysts (?) both feet

I am a diabetic with well-controlled blood sugar. Age is 59 and I am very overweight and confined to a wheelchair. About three days ago I noticed what appears to be myxoid cysts on both feet (two toes each). They're not infected and don't hurt at all.

I'm concerned because as a diabetic, my risk for skin infections is higher. I had cellulitis in one of my legs about a month ago, but it was caught early and it is gone.

I have no insurance, so I can't just go see anyone. My pcp is an np in town. She took care of my cellulitis. I can go to her because she accepts cash payments.

Should I have these cysts drained or removed? Would being a diabetic make that too risky? Can an np do this if need be?

I will try to upload pics later.

Thank you!

Here are two pictures. The first one is of my right foot, the second is my left foot.

As you can tell, the left foot is much larger than the left. It swells more because of a huge hernia I have on the left side of my abdomen. It's pressing on my leg and it swells more than the other one.

I would appreciate your thoughts on these cysts. Thank you.
