HI anyone has changes in they nail bed I have lines like on them..

    Yeah mine have Maria and my hair is thinning .

    Oh to be a woman it's such fun isn't it .......not

    Yes I've noticed that the last 2 months. I've little ridges appearing vertically on 2 nails. I was only just showing my husband. Didn't think it could be peri related xxx

    Yes it freaked me out at first but nothing surprises me anymore thru this journey 😜

    Oh my gosh - I have one on my middle finger; the same (and only finger) I also have an awful looking lump (arthritis perhaps?) - had no idea to ask this as thought it only me and I had damaged it sometime/somewhere in my past - this stinks - how many more ailments will present themsevles with peri/menopause?

    I think I am going to write a script for a hilarious comedy - sure no-one except those "in the loop" will believe all these incidentssmile

    Only thing is it is not so funny!

      I thought I had knocked mine too. Ha ha we should write about our funny/frightening/depressing symptoms. What do you think? Xxx

      Jamie Lee Curtis is the same age as me - perhaps I could write and ask her to star in our film - hasmilesmilesmile

      Yes that would be good. I wonder how many of the celebrities actually go through a rough time with it? Well I'm coming up 47 so I'm trying to think who is my age. I'll have to google it lol xx

      I'm sure many would and would be so awful being in the public eye so much - however they can afford the specialist food treatments and medical care not on offer for everyday folks - wouldn't swap places thoughsmile
