Its typical of a bad fungal infection that has well and truly damaged your nail.You can buy treatments but dont buy the cheapest. It may take a year or two before it starts to recover. Its not a quick fix. You should also ask your doctors advice and get a few scrapings from the nail tested for fungus.There is an oral medication but there are nasty side effects and you would have to take it for several months. Not for those with liver or heart problems.
