I am Namrata . I am suffring from IBS last 10 years . can u plz help some one can send me the low FoDm diet

hi namrata, if you go on to the nhs website and type in fodmap diet one should come up, if not type in downloadable sample fodmap diet or free internet fodmap diet. all this diet does is split foods into different groups. good luck!
