Narrow and high bladder neck

I have been suffering from tightness and high bladder neck since a young age and now I am old 36 and it has greatly affected my social life, sleep quality and my health, as I am currently suffering from irritable bowel syndrome and flatulence with pain

I want to know about the experiences of those who have been through such a case as mine and does the treatment of bladder neck elevation relieve irritable bowel syndrome

And what is the right treatment, since the drugs didn't work for me
