Narrow arch supports

I have a pair of good arch supports for my athletic shoes, but I'd like to get some for my work shoes. I usually wear low healed semi-professional looking leather shoes. The problem is that I wear a 10 narrow (AA) and I can't find any arch supports that come close to fitting inside the shoes. Have any of you had any success with this? Recommendations?

I live in the US. I have a custom pair of orthotics. Big business here is selling orthotics. Have spent way too much money over the years for ones that never worked and hurt my feet. Typically made by a chiropractor. The fellow who did my last pair actually created a mold of my feet so it was not just arch support but was to correct issues that contribute to poor gait. I really needed to do something and was willing to pay for them. They seemed to do good...and then I broke an ankle...Now I have new gait issues. lol.

It's always something, isn't it? I had orthotics made by a podiatrist about 25 years ago. They were so bulky that they wouldn't fit inside any of my shoes. I can only buy my shoes online because none of the stores carry AAs anymore, so I can't try them on first to see if they would work with something bulky. If I don't find any other options, I may break down and go to someone to get the mold done. I've never thought about a chiropractor handling this. Thanks for the info.

Well...to clarify, I was most unhappy with the orthotics from chiropractors. Maybe things have changed...The fellow who did my inserts is a "pedorthist" which according to Wikipedia is "someone with specialized training to modify footwear and employ supportive devices to address conditions which affect feet..." You may want to do a search for ur area using this speciality instead of going to podiatrist or even chiroprator. My experience with chiropractors was they sent a "mold" made typically with a substance that made an impression of my foot. This fellow actually created a mold of my feet. And he made them. He didn't seems the molds out. He was able to tweak in office to ensure fit. I'm a little biased now. 😉
