Hi All,

Not sure if any of you are still active on this subject or still suffering. I won't go into my symptoms same relentless throat clearing etc as everyone else. However, at my wits end I have found something that REALLY helps and I would so love to pass it on and to know that somebody got relief from the hell that is PND. I found acupuncture to be really amazing instant relief and for a few days after treatment still improving. I have a brilliant acupuncturist, I would advise you to get a recommended therapist or at least research reviews etc.

    Hi can I ask where the needles were used on you. I have had 4 sessions of accupuncture to no avail at all
