For the past 4 weeks I've had (first oneside then both) intermittent bleeding when blowing my nose from patches I can just about see.Anyone have similar problems? Is it something to worry about?

yes always have this. Caused by inflammation in my nose. one thing which really helps is to spray a steroid nasal spray over the sore patches. don't inhale it up your nose just over the bleeding and sore parts. will bring relief.
