Nasal-respiratory-chest-"ish" self-solved problem?

So, the problem started over a month ago with the feeling of "something stuck" in my chest. It didn't feel too worrying, even though it was around the important areas, and docor just prescribed me with some magnesium to stop what she thought to be neuralgia. It did stop after a two-week period, but in the recent week it came back again, however even though it still felt like "something stuck" there, it was way sharper. I was given a rentgen referal, however before I managed to get the imaging done, the "feeling" moved up my body, towards the neck, then just yesterday up deep down my noseways, near the mouth-nose connection. Made me feel confused all the time - not really dizzy or anything, maybe a bit head-achy at times but it felt related to the throat pain, mostly just confused, like if I was about to get dizzy or wake up or something - those might have been panic attacks, as I'm extremely hypochondric. However, just right about now it got extremely bad with the pain spiking for a brief moment, then a massive body kick after - if it was me panicking, it wasn't conscious since I was deep into a historic video just to distract myself as it seems to be working with my panic attacks. I was about to call an ambulance, but then it all just stopped in less than a minute, and also a very small chunk of a fingernail-like material came into my mouth.
Could anyone uncode this for me? Could it all be connected? Could the thing coming out be the end of my problem or should I still check up? My throat's a bit sore still, but it feels more just like it's irritated by the outside object that could have been there. I don't know, I've been so worried about this lately but this goes out of the healthcare policy borders and I do not really want to waste time or money if the problem might be self-solved by now.
Sorry for that textwall, just trying to make everything clear. Hopefully I didn't fail too many sentences.

Globus Sensation.
Many people with anxiety get this.
It's nothing to worry about.

How sure are you about that?
I've had globus sensation more than once before but it was way more similar to its definition. If this is is the same, it feels completely different. Way more towards the nose, also more painful, like something jabbing that area.

Any problems swallowing? Any pain swallowing? Does food get stuck when you swallow?

From all the things listed above there's only two(/one) I could confirm. There is pain during swallowing - That's when the pain's most intense, as if the thing there was slightly moving, and that causes swallowing to seem problematic as well. Whatever it could be is nowhere near the obstruction size, more just like nasal annoyance.
Also update - it didn't end with me spitting out the small fragment of something. It's a bit less intense it seems, but it's still there. It's not a constant thing, is the problem. And since it first happened in a different area and then started moving up, it's really hard to describe to a family doctor for a diagnosis referal.

By all means have a nasendoscopy.
But I don't think they'll find anything. The fact that this sensation keeps moving, is the reason I think that.

Well, most important bit it's way less worrying currently, and it feels "safer" where it is now than down towards lung area (or wherever it was before with the chest pains). I'll update this topic if I find a real solution to my problem.

I've been to the family doctor and a laryngologist. No object was found there but there is a slight inflamation of the throat. However I've been also queued up for blood tests regarding the dizzines/confusion I took as panic attacks, might be anemia. Also, I'm seeing neurologist soon, since I'm loosing touch in my pinky and ring finger (they feel like I can't move them even though they're fully functional).
