NASH

Hi,
I was diagnosed with NASH stage 1 (inflammation with minimal fibrosis) in year 2013. Till now I've managed to lose a lot of weight. My LFTS were elevated back in 2013 (upto 200). Now they have stabelized.
However, I have noticed a strange change in my behaviour. From last one or year or so It seems like I am not able to control my hand mivement, I press wrong alphabets (for instance n & m. When I want to press M I press n and vice versa) when typing sms, I find it difficult to control my hands while walking, often I my hands collide with things like door or windows or sort of things.
2- I am havin EXTREME like very severe episodes of anger. Sometimes I reach a point where I am in a condition where I can hurt myself or others in.
3- And to add up to all this from last 3 days I keep forgettinf things. I forgot name of my favourite cricketing player. Small details like numbers, at first at I thought it wasn't serious as it happens with everyone at some stage of their lives but what if i forget something 5 times in duration of 2 minutes? I know its NOT me!
I went to my doc with my recent LFT & CBC reports. My LFT report was f9 but in my cbc report my mch, pcv, mchc levels were low. They were low last year in 2017 but they are now even at a lowerer level.
Doc said its nothing aerious. I am f9 blah blah.
But why do I keep forgetting things? Why am I so angry all the time? Whats wrong with my hand movement?
I am very upset & depressed at the moment.
For the sake of God. Anyone please guide me.
Thank you.

I’ve been a caregiver to my friend for 2 years now and he has hepatitis a C stage 4 liver cirrhosis. He’s has all those symptoms that you describe. He has moments throughout the day that he get so angry for no reason. Also he consistently forgetting things. Even conversations I have with him from one day to the next. He’s always dropping things because his hands feel week. This is driving him crazy as well. I’ve know him for 20 years and it’s not him at all! So I understand how frustrating it is for you from watching my best friend go through the same thing. The only reason for all these weird symptoms is the liver disfunction. I know it sounds weird but that’s what the GI doctors say. Sorry I can’t tell you more but I hope this helped knowing your not alone. I really sucks! I’m so sorry your going through this.
God bless!
Lola.
