Natrual remedies? Ect

So iv stopped taking cit. I couldn't handle the side effects. I was only on it for 4 days and I felt worse.

Im off to the doctors tomorrow 4 blood tests. & also going to book counselling. I'm 22. 

Iv had abit of a look on holland and barrat site and seen a few pills ect on there.

Has anyone tried any before? And does it work? 

Eg Siberian? 

And is there anything else anyone can recommend? 

P.s my worse thing is my dizzness! That's what makes me feel like crap!

    If I could suggest the book by Paul David called "At last a life"!!  It's very good at explaining anxiety and how to deal with it. He suffered for many years and tried every medication and eventually came off them all and dealt with the anxiety. I commend anybody who is able to get through this without medication. I really do.

    Also there are lots of guided meditations on YouTube to help you relax. They work wonders for me,especially to help me sleep xx

    I did try magnesium for awhile, cant say if it helped but it definitely didnt make me feel worse. I had cit for a stint of depression, stopped taking it and it went away on its own. I think youre on the ball with counselling

    Ginkgo Biloba. And Bilberry Complex. Ask your Health Food Store for them! They are Supplements.

    Yes I am on the phone right now postponing my doctor appiontments.

    I am just wanting to stay in bed so I don't yell at anybody I am feeling very irratable and dizzy and hearing a whoosh sound in my head when I move or walk.

    in a few days I am planning on starting a small dose of tryptophan at night to try and get my chemicals to start going in the right direction.

    the herbs like valarian and so on are not doing anything for my symptoms.

    I just suffering through this.

    Aw hun, it would have started to get better soon.... Maybe try st johns wort and cod liver oil instead?! these are good for anxiety and depression.xxx
