Natural Antibiotics

I am going to try this everyday to see if it helps :Turmeric honey ginger paste : a natural antibiotic. ... It uses the wonder root, turmeric, alongside ginger, honey and coconut oil to offer anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal support except I'm not making into a paste I'll mix the turmeric with the honey but the ginger I'll eat is raw organic crystallize ginger, I don't have coconut oil yet so have to wait on that. I also being drinking POM juice mainly because its supposed to help with high blood pressure but it is also a good anti-inflammatory. I pray this starts to work and help because I just can't be on antibiotics every two to 3 months! I just came off antibiotics in May 2018 . And today for the last 3 days twinges and upper stomach cramping gurgling and nauseated bathroom runs and I pray it's not an infection have any of you had those symptoms and it not be infection? Has anyone had them and held off on antibiotics?

Good luck. I have heard that turmeric is good for inflammation.

Yes, the antibiotics take a toll on your body, takes along time to get gut flora back . Really need to pay attention to diet and triggers Have you been checked for SIBO, c-diff, or Candida? I was on antibiotics for a month had an abscess with my Diverticulitis, now just diagnosed with Severe Diverticulosis 3spots on sigmoid after colonoscopy, then had SIBO test done cuz I was not getting better. And I was positive so now back on antibiotics ugh. Love mothers milk , the Tumeric paste. Works great. I do that instead of coffee. And Brags Apple cider vinegar with warm water and lemon. Probiotics is a must! Get the gut flora back in lign. I noticed if I ate something that my tummy didn’t like I’d be sick for days. Keep a journal. Well hope you find relief soon. 🤗🙏
