Natural Suggestions for brain fog?

Hi!

My worst peri symptom by far is the brain fog. There are many days a month where I am too stupid to drive, run the washer, or speak coherently on the phone. What are some of the natural strategies you ladies have for reducing brain fog?

I am going to try starting a low low dose birth control pill to increase my estrogen. But my normally relentless period didn't come this month!

Oh you made me laugh. Okay once you start the pills the brain fog will lift. As for what works or maybe not. I tried Gingko Biloba and to me it really helped. My friend took it and said it made her worse at remembering stuff. So to be honest, I don't know if ity works on everyone. You can try St. John's wort, until your period arrives, it helped more than just my brain fog. However, if you have high blood pressure you can't take it. Hope this helps.

Ohhh, I hear you!  I went through this for a time, don't have that right now, thankfully!  I found Bach's remedies really helped...especially the wild oat one.  I still take it every day and it has kept the brain fog away

Brain fog!!! I get it soooo bad lol

I'm like you. Some days I don't think I should leave the house or try to do anything around the house.

My brain feels like I should be about 80 not 41 for all the things I forget, it's a nightmare. The other day I forgot to put my handbrake on on my car and it rolled into another costing me my excess on my insurance...........my turn to make the coffee at work the other day, well that took me ages and I got in a right mess coffee and tea everywhere 😂😂😂.

I have 2 jobs and my second is working in a pub and there has been the odd occasion where what the customer asked for is not what they got, oops

So true! Today I just walked around saying "Uh, what? Huh?"  I can be like that for days.

The upside is that my raging health anxiety, my other monstrous symptom, is completely gone when the brain fog rolls in. smile
