Has anyone found a natural way to cure ulcers? I cannot take antacids.

I am also looking for a natural remedy for someone that actually tried it. I am also lactose intolerant. I could drink coconut milk. i am willing to try cabbage juice. I can't stand my symptoms feel worse when sleeping. Also the ER doctors guessed i had ulcers but i thought the only way to check was through an endoscopy or breathe test or stool test. i know that is fir the h pylori test. I have been taking apple cider vinegar daily but now that's bad?
