naturopathic opinion

Hello,

I am new to this forum, and I am a naturopath.

I don’t know if any of you ever considered the following possible triggers for your medical condition.

--Did you know that 2 minutes on a mobile phone upsets your brain activity for 24 hours? The human body like all living things has electromagnetic frequency. Cells in the brain, for example, communicate electronically and our heartbeats rely on electrical impulses produced by the heart tissue.

As technology progresses, we surround ourselves with more and more bits of equipment which emit their own el.-mag. frequencies that potentially can interfere with our body. And when it happens, certain processes in our body cells get compromised, and we get ill. Mobile phones produce EMR similar to the radiation produced by microwave ovens that cooks your potato, but with a smaller heat. This radiation when in close proximity to our head affects our delicate brain structure.

The effect of it can be very subtle such as unexplainable tiredness or feeling stressed, nausea or headache, fatigue or poor sleep. Or it can be very serious as the development of brain cancer, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, autism, as well as ME, CFS and fibromyalgia. – I can explain more about it sometime later.

--There is also a possibility that you have a virus in a weak-active state in your body. For instance, Hepatitis, Herpes, Epstein Bar Virus are latent viruses and residing in our cells, some even being embedded in our very DNA. Lectins from foods (gluten, casein, soya, corn) may interact with the viruses causing \"autoimmune\" diseases.

Basically as a naturopath I would suggest: assess your body electromagnetic stress and identify viruses that hibernate in your body (find a local bio-resonance practitioner, who uses MORA or BICOM, near you). I use a bio-resonance equipment to deal with viruses, bacteria and parasites (particularly candida).

I also recommend my patients to be good with their electromagnetic environment: mobile phones should be used only in emergency, no microwave ovens, no electric blankets, no cordless phones in the house, no mains-plugged or radio-alarm clock (battery operated only), etc.

Eliminate allergic foods from the diet.

Take brain supplements such as Vitamin B-complex, 5-HTP. Support your metabolism and immune system using quality supplements and herbs.

Don’t forget about the strong link between your mind and body.

Be aware of not properly qualified practitioners. Ensure that the practitioner is registered with an accrediting body and has some medical background, because anyone with money can buy a bio-resonance machine. It is not difficult to operate these machines; however they require skills and knowledge to interpret the results.

Hope this information helps you a little bit, or shell I say opens some other aspects for improving your condition.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us .... my foggy brain just about allowed me to finish reading your article.

I think I can probably speak for many of the others on this forum. We who suffer from CFS/ME/FM have been inudated with various 'cures' and reasons for our illness over the years ....... and in some cases have even tried some of these 'cures' ..... unfortunately to no avail.

I'm afraid that the majority of us no longer have the finances to enable us to investigate further treatments, even if we had the energy to do so. As you can probably appreciate, many of us have had to put our careers on hold as a result of this wretched illness.

Maybe one day the government can be persuaded to finance a proper research programme into the illness ....... hopefully in our lifetime!

I agree at what Katie said, I have just been diagnosed with M E and it has been very difficult, I have come across people like you before and even though you may mean well, that kind of thing would not happen in the area where I live, its been hard just finding a support group in my area, you need to step into the real world I'm afraid.

Anyway, Katie and I have magnetic thingummybobs that protect us from electromagnetic wotsits so you don't need to worry about us.

I have only just seen this and i can only say [/size:20ebde339d]BS[/size:20ebde339d]

There may be any number of things that start this illness of in the first place.

We all know that mobile phones can make your eyes go crossed with you jumping around like a frog throughout the day!

If research serves me right, the 'tube' style of tv/monitor gives off lodes of radiation, but you never said about that, you more or less said thats ok but a mobile phone is a big no no.

Just walking out my front door might just kill me one day but we may never know for sure just what started it off as it is an individual thing.

Right, now to call someone on my phone........

Sorry about that Chimera  .

I was just annoyed about these people who come onto these forums and claim to have an answer to everyones dreams but never any proof to their claims.
