have had runny tummy for months now, and nausea is horrid. docs cannot find anything wrong with stomach, only solution is iodium to get me through a work day, but not recommended. So am now on antispasmodic tablets and pro biotics. I hope you feel better soon.

other than drinking more water & eating more fruit/veg no, i think a lot is anxiety related but its so hard not to be anxious when you wake each morning physically feeling unwell! omg my poop somedays is a lot lighter also like yellow? i mentioned this to doctor who thinks it ibs, but if we keep talking to each other we can at least try to normalise our symptons!

you mention histamine, do you ever get itchy when you walk or exercise? x

no not when walking or exercising..only if I eat the wrong foods ..i can get itchy ..roof of mouth and inside my ears.. almonds and banana can do it.. I havent had either of those in years.. and many foods can flare up my Rheumatoid arthritis so im super careful what works and what doesn't as far as what to eat..
