yes, the body can only take so much anxiety before it has a type of breakdown. It can cause nausea, vomiting, all those weird anxiety symptoms, etc. we shouldn’t be surprised when we get symptoms because anxiety and stress take such a huge toll on the body that at some point It can literally make us sick.
that’s why it’s important to get some support for the anxiety such as counseling, etc. So we can get on the right track.

I am not the type of person to vomit and I do anything to avoid actually vomiting. I vomit on average once every few years because I keep it in.
With anxiety I get really unwell to the point of thinking about food makes me want to throw up. I can keep this under control but the GI issues just move to the other side and it is unpleasant to say the least.
What I am saying is anxiety can very very easily interfere with your gastrointestinal tract and cause a lot of physical symptoms due to the hormones that get released during stressful times, anxiety and panic being one of those times.
Keep well and drink plenty of water to keep your body smiling! 😃

I learnt that each time I worry that it is always the anxiety in the end. Your body can create these symptoms that mimic or overlap with other conditions. It is scary as you see doctors and TV ads saying if you have any symptoms to see a doctor.
It is cruel that anxiety can make us feel this way but making sure you are in the right state of mind about these symptoms are important. If they are persisting you might need a doctors visit but remember that when you do you are in good hands. They also have your medical records so they can help you catalogue your history which is very helpful.
Take care and have a cheery day! 😊😊
