Nausea and vomiting

For the past year, or actually a little longer I have random attacks of severe nausea and vomiting. It doesn't have any patterns (not after eating or food allergy) I will wake up sick or it just gradually happens. But it always lasts for several days where I am stuck in bed. No fevers, not really any pain. I take Nexium daily for GERD, and I sleep propped up a little. It takes over my life, I can't go anywhere or do anything from being so nauseated. It feels like my stomach is full of rocks or something. Any ideas ?

Hi, I had attacks of nausea, too.. luckily no vomiting, but bathroom 5x, shaking etc.

So I figured out that I was not eating enough healthy carb, plus lack lots of vitamins and minerals. (Especially Vitamin D, Bs and A, Calcium, Magnesium) So I take a A-Z every day and eat better and the symptoms have stop. No more nausea..

    Hope this helps.
