Nausea , brain zaps , terrified

on day 3 of upping my dose to 20mg 3rd week in total on citalopram getting the odd zaps not eating hardly so feeling a little nausious , im petrified of the side effects as i have health anxiety so constantly fearing the worst , panic attacks are pretty frequent too , ive been prescribed some proprananol but on one of the comments on another post someone says it can increase anxiety ???? any help ?

    it is not common for it to increase your anxiety, it is a beta blocker and can help the physical symptoms but not the mental ones, lots of performers take it to help with stage fright, some people take to help them with their fear of flying, I have tried it but I think be cause my anxiety was more of a mental issue then a physical one it didn't do much, it might help, it does help a lot of people in the first few weeks of being on an antidepressant , you won't know until you do
