Nausea caused by ovarian cyst

I've had cysts for quite some time and my dr put me on the depo shot to help - which it did. I changed insurances and I missed my window date for my next shot. I've gotten all the symptoms of the ovarian cyst again; bloating, pain, tiredness, etc. this time I am extremely nauseous and it seems like nothing will help. I have an appointment with the Dr but I have to wait 2 weeks.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can ease the nausea for the time being? I have a serious fear of vomiting to where I have panic attacks. Peppermint oil isn't helping and neither is the Zofran I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

YES! Cysts caused me to be very nauseated and have anxiety. If you do have cysts they are causing hormone imbalance so just know your going to be ok. I would try and see if you can get into another doctor if you can sooner. I had bloating, depression, anxiety, exhausted so your not going crazy your just off balance right now.

And missing your shot your hormones are off balance right now. I saw a acupuncturist at one point and it did help. I also got to the point where when I felt anxiety I would calm myself and say.. its just hormones your going to be ok. Hang in there and I hope you feel better soon

Thank you so much much! This really helped to know I'm not alone. Is there anything that I can do to help with the nausea? I've been drinking ginger tea bu I'm scared to take any medication.

And how was the acupuncturist? Does it hurt? Lol

I just had a CT scan which showed a Corpus Luteum on one ovary and a 2.3cm “hypodense structure” ( likely a cyst) on the other.

I feel like total crap! VERY  nauseous... Headaces too..

I’m having a TVU on Tuesday so let’s see..

    hope you feel better soon
