Nausea coming back!

Hi,

so after approx 1 year on citalopram and some ups and downs i can 100% say this drug had made my life so much better, it did take a while but the battle was worth it.

Only issue i have is one year in im struggling with bad nausea almost everyday on and off? is this something anybody else struggles with. Im currently on 30mg and im wondering if an increase in dose is required or perhaps it is the anxiety coming back in a different form. can anybody relate? thanks
