I also have a lot of acidity with heart burn and stomach problems. From my past episodes I have learnt - when my depression goes - so does the acidity and other symptoms of depression. It is so with anxiety. It is the brain and gut connection. I remember when I was young in school and had to sit for exams I would visit the washroom atleast 6 times in a day. Wishing you the best. You will survive.

Hi Ann
I've recovered from my anxiety and my nausea has stopped. If everything has been cleared medically. It's the anxiety.

Hi Ann. Have had a setback unfortunately due to 2nd s.s.r.i not working I'm now due to start new ones Tues its just hard to keep going thru the medication rollercoaster... nausea not bad but have horrendous anxiety which is causing bad indigestion and heartburn. How are you? X

still got morning nausea . GP still says anxiety based. Still a bit of ibs since gallbladder taken out.
psych is taking me off mirtazapine as he says i have anxiety. He has tried so many meds on me and i think has given up. I feel yuk a lot of the time, living on only diazepam to keep anxiety down. GP says may try zantac for nausea but i see side effect is depression,
where are you at now and any answers?
