Nausea vomiting

Does anyone else gag vomit in the mornings? I wake up then go to the toilet and all of a sudden just gag and vomit...

I’ve been on all different meds over the last year and have been having this around 9 months ..

I am pretty anxious all the time but never before changing meds had this in the mornings. 

I vomit up a little bit of clear mucus and sometimes can’t throw anything up .
