Nauseated for 3 weeks (not pregnant) No vomiting? HELP!

I'll try to make this as short as I can. I am middle aged woman and I am into natural health as much as I can. About 2 months ago, I had noticed that then I would lay down I would feel acid moving up my belly into my chest area. I would sit up and drink water and it would go away. Also, sometimes I would burp up acid. About 1.5 month ago I was taking tinctures for general detoxing/cleanse and I noticed that when I would have a BM, it felt hot like I had eaten hot pepper. I figured it was from the tinctures. I always take a lot of supplements so I continued to take my supplements and about 2 weeks later I got really nauseated. I did not throw up but this has gone on for the last 3 weeks. I wake up every single morning about 4am from being nauseated. Then I am nauseated on and off all day. There is no pain, just nauseated in my stomach area. There is no change in my bowels. I go 2X a day. There is not a difference if I eat or not. If I eat ginger chews, it will go away but then will come back. I also am taking Manuka honey, aloe and Okra Pepsin E2. But I continue to be nauseated.

I do not have medical insurance so I can't go to a gastro because where I live, they won't even see you if you do not have insurance. Even if you tell them you will pay cash, they still say nope.

So I went to a ND who also has a MD in the office. They asked a million questions about diet, BM's etc. and told me to take DGL German Choc, Gin Gins (ginger chews) and some gut powder to heal the gut. I literally had to say "so do you think it is gastritis"? and she said "yes probably" and said it is good that it is in my upper digestive area. Neither one of them poked around my belly. They just talked to me and listened to my lungs and heart. Does this sound right? No pain and nauseated, pretty much 24/7 for 3 weeks?????

I hope someone has some ideas because I am really having a hard time at this point and I feel like I just threw $300 away by going to this . Thank you in advance for anyone that makes the time to read this.
