Yes! A few months ago I had morning sickness feelings like I'm pregnant. I didnt eat and was on dried toast for a few days.
My nausea comes and goes sometimes I feel travel sickness when I'm driving.
it's the worst symptoms 😫

Yes, I am dealing with this right now pretty badly. It happens between ovulation and a few days before my period lots of months, for a couple days. This month is particularly bad. Right now its making it hard to work and i can barely eat. One of the worst symptoms for me.

Weirdly I was reading my app on my phone that tracked all my symptoms,
And last year I was suffering bad with nausea and I had headaches with it and heartburn,
I even had it on Xmas day I felt like I had ruined everyone, s day,
According to what I had read I had episodes lasting 2 weeks or so and then a break,
But I don't get it so much now,
Hopefully it will pass with you too hun x

Might I please ask what this app is?

It's just a fertitility calender app I've always used the good thing about it is,if I change my phone or have to format it or lose it,
The calender does a back up every week so I haven't lost any data in 3 years I've used it,
And I've changed my phone a few times its been a game changer for me, as when any consultant wants any info on anything I can just check my calender app
You just press the day u have had your period or a bleed etc and I also write a quick note of my symptoms that day
Its called "my calender" and its a pink icon in Google store and its free

Oh that sounds very useful -- thank you so much! I'd been writing my notes out by hand on a literal calendar haha

Sadly yes, and I definitely can't eat foods I used to love (spicy food upsets me horribly) and alcohol is pretty much off the menu - barely drink but love the odd glass and now I suffer terribly if I do indulge.

hi hilary
have you lost weight? I've had bad acid reflux had endoscopy etc showed up mild gastritis. My bowels are all over the place constipated to normal.
My stomach has been bloated for over 2 years now. But I'm under weight slightly!

Yes, I do find I lose weight when I have a bout of symptoms. It's horrid to feel sick isn't it; so debilitating. I'm going to have a pelvic ultrasound and one of my gall bladder - just to check everything.

ok let me know how it goes. Can I ask why you are having the ultrasound?

i had an ultra sound last week ended up needing an internal one too, just waiting on results, know i have fibroids (high estrogen) just dont know how big they are yet x

I have fibroids too and wonder if they could be contributing to my symptoms. It's such a horrible time and I just want to feel better and not worrying about the next bout of symptoms.

are you using any hrt? as fibroids usually mean high estrogen low progesterone x

estrogen encourages fibroid growth x
