Hi Shelly , I can't advise you on any remedies that may help but I am suffering with food allergies that I've never had before and I'm as stresses as you. There are only a few things I can eat and I've lost more than a stone in 5 weeks. I really know how difficult it is for you too. I'm waiting to seen a specialist as I don't understand what is going on. I hope you get some good advice from your doctor tomorrow. We're all in the same boat ! 😘

The only things that have helped with my nausea are saltine crackers and Zofran. I have had nausea daily since January and have lost quite a bit of weight, finding it hard to eat. Nausea can be terribly debilitating. Hopefully you get some help from your doctor. Good luck, keep us posted please.

Hi Shelly,  soda/soup crackers, or as we in the U.S. call them, Saltines, with small amounts of gingerale to wash them down.  Seems to be one of the best "home" remedies here.  smile

I slice ginger and boil in water. I know that makes it in the tea category. Or ginger ale or ginger gum.

I had a bout of nausea and caffeine didnt help but i know you said you dont have that, fatty foods gave me nausea, i think the increased reflux we experience causes the nausea and the hormone changes, i found water helped little sips here and there, not alot at one go as that can make the nausea worse, i think the water just keeps the digestion moving along. Ginger is supposed to be good for nausea too x
