Nautical dizziness/rocking sensation

Hello,

I just found this forum, maybe someone had a similar experience like me. I'm 38 years old, non smoker, moderate drinker (only social occasions) who normally works out 4-5 times a week. I would think in general healthy. Not obease, no underlying health conditions and a fairly healthy diet.

My problems started in may last year, where I all of a sudden got tinnitus. This can happen, it was hard but I could deal with it. I also started to experience small, sudden flashes of dizziness. I did not think much of it, and all was fine until somewhere around november of last year. Then the dizziness really took a turn for the worse, and I got a sensation of being in a boat at all times.

I had contrast enhanced mri done of brain, inner ear and also mri of cervical spine. According to the doctors (I had few opinions) I have chronic sinusitis, lack of normal lordosis and small disc protrusion on c3, c4, c5 and c6. But they all said that this could not cause my problems with dizziness (or tinnitus). I recieved betahistine, ginkgo biloba and viatmine A + E, which I have all been taking since.

After about 6 weeks the dizziness just went away, everything was normal. I even had 1 week more or less without tinnitus. I got back to my normal life and routine, but then again about 6 weeks ago the dizziness came back. And now it's worse than ever. I get totallt exhausted from nothing due to the rocking sensation. I am getting desperate and I don't know what to do. I can't work and I can't do basic things in life anymore.

Has anyone had a similar experience? What can I do?

I have seen 3 different doctors that all said the same thing and suggested the same medicine.

Thanks in advance.

Jon
