Nearly 7 weeks on 50mg sertraline anxiety and intrusive thoughts not improved. Did drop dose for a week and had to switch from citalopram wondering if that making things worse. Got family for Christmas lunch stresses me out even more. Will thoughts and anxiety ever improve!!!

it took a lot longer for me so keep at it. I went up to 75mg after 3 months and that helped get me through a busy period of work. Its ok to feel stressed by christmas most people are! Have a lovely day.

I felt better on 75mg. then i reduced back down after 6 months which wasnt that good an idea. So went back up but so far havent felt as good. I dont know why! It took atleast 10 weeks to feel a difference originally. Bit disappointed it hasnt worked yet. I keep being given different brands i wonder if some work better than others?

I'm nearly for weeks in and no improvement but we’ve got to keep going the best we can. I hear it can take up to 8 weeks to world for anxiety.

Keep it up! Good luck! and Merry Christmas!

Thanks and also appreciate the kind words from others. Survived Christmas day but glad it was over. Just wish I would see some sort of improvement soon get very disheartened at the moment!
